closeBrief : We, because of the hardwork of our talented and experienced staff, hold an expertise in organizing events for automobile brands. This is the reason, the iconic automobile brand, Jaguar Land Rover, has trusted Gloria and became our client. This time they proposed that we launch a club display of their prestigious products JLR-XF and Range Rover Evoque. Due to budget constraints we provided our client with the budget friendly combos. Our diligent professionals make sure to organize the best quality event, within the budget. Even after being tight on budget, we managed to carry out the event for multiple times, covering different locations.
Goal: The target was the elite class clientele , and we aimed to provide sufficient exposure of these products to them.
Story: Since the activity was to be carried out in, or nearby Karnal, our venue coordination team, after an extensive research, proposed the list of 5 premium clubs. Out of these the client finalized on club sponsorship with Panipat Rotary Club. Due to our long-standing relationships, and longevity in the industry we were successfully able to manage a tie up with the club, and organize the entire set-up of the event, from the display of the products, to conceptualization and execution of engagement activities. Hence, we were successfully able to meet the goals of our clients, and make them feel exhilarated.

closeBrief: It requires time and effort to bring about a successful conference. We hold expertise in planning large meetings or conferences for our clients. The meeting that we arranged on behalf of VLCC, was a routine North Region Dealers meet in Delhi. Our client wanted us to make the top notch arrangements within the proposed budget.
Goal: Therefore, our primary goal was to organize a successful, high-impact meeting, running efficiently and professionally within the budget.
Story:After long research, our project group proceeded to organize a meeting at JW Marriott, Aero city. We prepared a proper venue checklist and arranged for everything, from decorations, to catering, transportation, and logistics. The hard work of our team paid off very well, and the meeting witnessed a favourable outcome!

Goal: Customer delight and Mileage showcasing activity
Story: Although the client demanded to conduct this event in a three star property, we got them the deal in a five star property at the same price. Thus, Hotel Ferns, in Jaipur, was the place hosting the event for our guests. 40 cars were made to participate in the event. We carried out extensive R and D on the driving route of the rally, to make sure that the participants experience hassle free driving, and thus, their vehicles give out desired result of mileage expected by the client. Because of the sheer hard work and dedication we were able to organize the rally as per the requirements and needs of our clientele. Our clientele was all delighted and the event ended with the receiving of a huge applause from everyone.

Goal: The main objective of the event was to grab maximum attention of the crowd towards the Idea's 3G internet service, and create a desire in the market for the product. The purpose was to distinguish Idea from its competitors.
Story: We were targeting the technology savvy audience, between the ages of 15 to 50 years. The idea was to connect with the maximum target audience by establishing the fact that the Idea internet 3G speed is equivalent to the speed of light. To make the right noise about the brand, we organized an eye catching canter set up. We allowed the audience to have a free wifi experience at our station. We encouraged our participants by giving them freebies such as branded T-shirts, caps, and mugs & also distributed free discount coupons. Our team put in a lot of effort to execute this event in a manner which was full of energy & thus created a memorable experience for all participants. Our sheer dedication successfully redefined the high-internet speed of Idea.

Goal: We wanted to approach the consumers one-by-one. The aim was to promote Scooties and Bikes of the company by educating the audience about the products in an interactive & engaging manner.
Story: We decided to engage people directly with the brand. Thus, we decided to arrange an independent inspection of the product for the audience. The people who took interest in the event were made to take a test drive of the vehicles. The tactics of experiential marketing that we applied here helped us to establish significant consumer engagement long after the event was over. People got to experience something cool and we pulled off another memorable experience!

closeBrief: Gloria is a well known company for its product promotion services. We have proven ourselves to be the master in the field by catering to the leading companies in the Indian market. Adding to the list is one of the most recent promotional activity we did for Hyundai Verna. The four wheeler promotional event was actually the formal unveiling of their car 'Verna.' The client briefed us to organize the event at high-end elite club in Jaipur and invite all the club members.
Goal: To improve the brand recognition and devise a new product launch.
Story:In December 2014, the event was conducted at 10 elite spots in a row. The luxurious venue monikers were- Polo Club, Jaipur Club, Green Acres, Decor India Show, Jaipur Jewellery show 2014, Jai club, Mahindra SEZ,ChokhiDhani Resort, Neelkanth apartments. The grand event was organized on 25December, at Rangoli Garden. We took great care of each aspect while conducting such a large event, starting from designer set-up, lighting, entertainment, invitation to all guests and media, and arrangement of a hostess to give personalize attention to everyone present. We also organized the platform for the audience to get a "touch and feel" experience of the caron display and promoted on- spot test drives.
This event was a challenging task. We actually started promotion of the event before the day it was scheduled. Thus, we had to put in a lot of effort and time to make special arrangements for branding tools, manpower, permission costs, freebies, and fabricate a set up for display. With our team of diligent professionals,we were successfulin pulling off the event without any hassles and to the satisfaction of all parties involved with overall achievement ofhigh attendance, 5%test drives, and 10%sales duringthe event. We were proud to meet all the needs and requirements of our clientele.
